Making Good Men Better in Orange, Virginia
Meets on the third Thursday of every month
What is Masonry?
Freemasonry is a fraternal organization devoted to fellowship, moral discipline, and community assistance. Using the tools of operational masonry it teaches men how to be better for themselves, their family, and their community.
Masonry requires belief in a higher power, a dedication to the community, and referral from upstanding members of community.
Why Should I Become a Mason?
Do you want to engage your community?
Do you want to learn how to improve yourself?
Freemasonry is the fraternal organization of our Founding Fathers - devoted to fellowship, moral discipline, and community assistance. Using the tools of operational masonry, it teaches men how to be better for themselves, their families, and their communities.
Masons come from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. All that is required of you to be a Mason is that you believe in a higher power, be dedicated to your community, and strive for a deeper and more honest connection with yourself and others. It is a lifelong journey of self-discovery and enlightenment.
Do you want to learn about history?
Do you want to be a leader?
Masonry allows you to learn about history, spirituality, and how to forge life-long bonds with your brothers and your community.
Masons are leaders, mentors, and advocates for greater community wellbeing.
To join the Brotherhood, you only need to ask a current Mason – we will provide you with an application and you, in turn, must provide a referral from upstanding members of your community
